CAVITY WAX

For use in enclosed body sections. This product does not operate by capillary action alone, as do other wax injection systems. This product operates by vapour phasing. This means that water is displaced from the surface of the substrate and replaced with a MONO MOLECULAR film of wax, which is self repairing.

Application: The correct quantity (1 LTR is sufficient for a TR3A chassis) is sprayed into the enclosed space and temporarily sealed for 7 days with grommets/tape to allow for vapour phasing to take place. After this time grommets can be removed and any moisture inside will evaporate leaving a wax film inside. Ensure wax hasn't formed over drain holes.

This system should not require maintenance for a minimum of 4 years.
