Tensioner Timing Chain TR2-4A

Installation Tip:Timing chain tensioners can wear rapidly if not free to move. Check that the timing cover assembly part no. 203681 has no ridges inside, which could stop the tensioner moving freely, replace if suspect.Prepare the tensioner by 'stoning off' the free moving end of the tensioner to remove all sharp edges. Trial fit the tensioner and depress the tensioner to ensure free movement.
