Consider second hand part 112447SH. See below. There are 4 basic types of gear lever fitted to TR2-6, which are all interchangeable, provided the correct top cover and fixings are used.

TR2-3B Part number 112447. 203mm overall length, straight chromed shaft, 7/16" fine thread for the gear knob. (A two piece unit consisting of part numbers 107891 and 107888 was used from TS1 to TS2877 which is very rare and when assembled is exactly the same dimensions as part number 112477).
TR4 Part number 131507. 274mm overall length, cranked 156 degree chromed shaft, 5/16" course thread for the gear knob.
TRA Part number 143624. 245mm overall length, cranked 142 degree chromed shaft, 5/16" course thread for the gear knob.
TR250, 5, 6 Part number 148095. 268mm overall length, cranked 142 degree black plastic covered shaft, 5/16" course thread for the gear knob.
