Rear engine Lift Eye, TR2-4A and any other car with a 4 cylinder TR or vanguard type engine. This new rear Lifting Eye by RevingtonTR gets over the problem inherent in the design of Triumphs standard TR4A part where a cylinder head retaining nut has to be removed to enable the exhaust to be removed, a most unsatisfactory design by Triumph.

Manufactured from 4mm stainless steel with a diamond tumble finish, our design is fitted to the two rearmost exhaust studs and can be left in place permanently.

No lifting eyes were fitted to TR2-4 so this part along with the front eye part number 121231 will make engine removal a much simpler process.

When buying this part consider also  front lift eye 121231 which is also manufactures from stainless steel. 

As we have manufactured the front lifting eye 121231 too, bought in pairs they provide the perfect alternative to rope slug around parts of the engine not designed for lifting, and as they are stainless steel with a tumble finish, they enhance the look of the engine bay.
