If the rod has pushed through the knob on your assembly making handbrake operation difficult and painful, then this product is for you. Knowing the shortfall of the original design RevingtonTR has taken the opportunity to introduce a simple but effective enhancement. A small washer is welded onto the rod below the knob to prevent the rod pushing through the knob which was a significant problem with the original design.

TR4A

There are 4 types of rod fitted to TR's (and TR2-4 with our tunnel mounted handbrake kit) as well as Vitesse, Herald, GT6 Spitfire and derivatives; stag, dolomite and 2000. As the levers are interchangeable, the full range with their characteristics is listed below: -

148082 This part has a kink in the rod and a 'spoon' end and operates a non-fly-off kinked lever.
141688 This part has a straight rod and a 'hook' end and operates a fly-off kinked lever.
132588 This part has a straight rod and a 'spoon' end and operates a non-fly-off straight lever.
134001 This part has a kink in the rod and a 'hook' end and operates a fly-off straight lever.
