This original switch has 3 positions and 3 connections marked S one end F the other and an unmarked central terminal connected to earth.
With the switch in the central position there are no connections
With the switch in the slow position both S and F are connected to the central connection
With the switch in the fast position F is connected to the central connection
For reference the very similar switch 151431 used to operate the CP/CC TR6 wiper motor has 4 connections and cannot be used to operate a DR3A 2 speed motor.
