TR2-4 cross tube rear (large) 1½” outside diameter repair part. This tube is useful when repairing a chassis as this tube slides inside the remains of the original rear 1¾” outside diameter cross tube. This tube has the original drop in the centre to avoid the spare wheel tray but is made of thicker material. It is 755mm long

This part is designed to replace the centre section of the cross tube in circumstances where cutting the remaining tube from the chassis rails is impractical. With the old tube cut away between the chassis rails this piece can be slid into place inside the remaining original tube left in the chassis rails, then welded into place.
