Speedometer TR4 Early domed glass Miles Per Hour (MPH). This speedometer in its original mechanical form is not available new, we however offer these instruments on an exchange basis using one part number for MPH instruments and one for Kilometres Per Hour (KPH).
There were various original part numbers for TR4 MPH domed glass speedometers depending on axle ratio and tyre size. As many cars now use different tyre sizes and even different gearboxes, keeping instruments calibrated to these original circumstances would be a waste of resources as the instruments may never be needed. We therefore encourage our customers to follow a simple procedure to provide us with a calibration figure so the instrument can be calibrated to suit a specific vehicle. Please use the part numbers listed below.
