This unplated right hand windscreen stanchion Guide Plate is the non Dzus type that is used in conjunction with the type of bolt on stanchion that has a groove inside to accommodate it and serves no other purpose than acting as a packer.

There are no Dzus fastener springs attached to the back.

We supply these unplanted fully machined, without chrome plating them. This is our preferred method of supplying these guide plates as having tried them on various stanchions, we find the shape of the stanchions varies a lot, particularly if they have been rechomed at any time and therefore will have been polished. Supplying this part unplated gives the customer the opportunity to file the edge so that it fits your stanchions as well as can be, they can then be Chrome plated or fitted as they are. This part was originally supplied as part number 552819-1, chrome plated.

 

4 types of windscreen stanchion were used on TR2-3B. We have listed them below along with the appropriate guide used (if applicable) as follows: -
