TR4-4A Door Window Glass. This part conforms to RevingtonTR exacting dimensional standards, being correct to the TR4-4A profile. Although TR5-6 glass has a similar profile above the door, it has a different profile at the base where the channel sits. If interchanged the glass will be tipped by 2 degrees which amounts to 10 mm a the top of the windscreen.

This gives the impression that the top of the glass is wrong, this is not so, it is the base that is incorrect. Please do be aware of certain companies offering TR4-4A glass currently. We have been advised by customers the profile is wrong and your glass will never fit to your windscreen or hood/roof.

If your door glasses are badly scratched and your car deserves new glass these new glasses will fix the problem for you.

All Triumph and Leyland TR5, 250 and 6 parts books (except for the 1974-1976 parts book) incorrectly suggest 750135 (as for TR4-4A) is the door glass part number. This is not the case. 820508 is the correct number for TR5, 250 and 6.
