The door top pad we sell under this part number is not constructed as original. They do not have the thin lips top and bottom that secure the pad when trapped by the inner weather strip and the door card.

They will need to be secured with exceptionally strong glue if they are to stay in place. As an alternative we sell 808228C which is a new cover into which your original scruffy pad can be stuck. The new cover has the correct lips although these need to be trimmed and folded over before the whole unit can be secured to the door. See below
