TR4-6 door glass runner insert, replaces the felt in the side runners. 4 per car required. This is just the felt insert and is not a repair channel. Some fitting tips are included here to assist with effective fitting.

Fitting Tips

1. Remove all traces of the original felt insert and clean the channel thoroughly
2. ensure the brackets are secure, tighten the rivets with a hammer and mandrel if necessary. 
3. Check the white plastic runners are a smooth wobble free fit on the glass. Bend the 'U' channel that they are riveted to together if necessary until the  runner is a gliding fit on the glass.
4. mask the white plastic runners with masking tape and spay the channel with contact adhesive.
5. push the new felt inset into the channel by hand and gently with a wide screwdriver as needed taking care not to puncture the insert.
6. with the insert in place strap the channel to the window glass as shown in the photograph and leave overnight for the glue to dry.
