Bonnet safety catch TR2-3B and many other models of the same period. This is the safety catch hook only and excludes the spring and pin and the support strut. This safety hook is prone to the operating lever breaking off. This high quality replacement hook, manufactured from incredibly strong ZA-27 aluminium alloy is now available separately enabling the assembly to be repaired.

This part is manufactured from a much higher grade aluminium improving its strength in the weak area where the operating lever part is likely to snap off in weaker original parts and even weaker cheap aftermarket parts.
