The Revington TR system, unlike the much copied SAH pattern system, fits neatly between the chassis rails, forward of the rear chassis cross tube, affording considerable additional ground clearance. The system is manufactured from high quality stainless steel and when fitted using the fitting kit included, is supported by the gearbox in the middle and the chassis at the rear. Other similar systems available have no central mounting and mount to the flimsy spare wheel carrier at the rear.
A noise test performed on a standard TR5 with this system and a standard manifold fitted gave the following results: - 71db@ Idle, 88db @ 2000, 95db @ 3000, 100db at 4000 and 102db at 5000.

Note: This system will only fit TR250 and TR6CC when a TR5 or TR6 Twin outlet manifold has been fitted and will NOT fit with the triangular outlet exhaust manifold which was originally fitted to TR250 and early American TR6's with commission numbers starting CC. Should you wish to fit the superior exhaust manifold fitted to TR5, TR6CF, CP, CR, order part number 308292SH or alternatively we can supply a road type extractor tubular manifold part number RTR2123. If you purchase RTR2123 or already have a tubular twin outlet exhaust manifold fitted, please order RTR2007K which is the same as RTR2006K but without the down pipe which is not required when this type of manifold is fitted.

This twin exhaust system can been fitted to a range of cars with different manifold arrangements as detailed below. Whilst the main exhaust system remains the same the front link pipes and fitting kits vary to suit the specific applications.

RTR2006K fits TR4A, 5, and CP, CR and CF TR6 and includes a down pipe to mate to the standard exhaust manifold.
RTR2007K is identical to RTR2006K, fits TR4A, 250, 5, and all TR6 where a twin outlet extractor tubular manifold with the outlet pipes finishing where the standard down pipe finishes fitted, therefore a down pipe is not included.
RTR2006-1K fits TR4A where our high performance extractor manifold RTR2066 or similar with a single 57mm outside diameter outlet is fitted.
RTR2006-2K fits TR250, 5, 6 where our high performance extractor manifold RTR2044 or similar with a single 57mm outside diameter outlet is fitted.
