Aluminium rack mounting kit. This kit replaces the standard rubber mounts fitted to late TR4 to TR6. The Rubber type mountings allow the steering rack to float back and forth robbing the driver of precise feel. see also RTR3007KSH
This kit holds the steering rack firmly to the chassis ensuring precise steering feel.
Inevitably there is a down side to fitting solid mounting in that a harsher feel is transmitted to the steering wheel. Should a softer feel be requires, using Superpro kit SPF0941K is an excellent compromise. See below
