NETPHOS 50 is a water soluble derust and neutraliser of surfaces before painting, in a bath or spray, with a degreasing effect. It will remove traces of corrosion and is not aggressive so will not affect painted surfaces.
NETPHOS 50 derusts and degreases mechanical parts even if slightly greasy (eg after temporary protection) and will ensure good paint adherence. Treated parts are also neutralised and may remain without protection without risk of corrosion. It is ideal for spraying just prior to the degreasing and within the painting process as surfaces should be degreased prior to paint.

NETPHOS 50 is also a good cleaner and descaler, including on galvanised and aluminium surfaces, and can be used to clean the interiors of tankers after manufacturing, with its degreasing and cleaning qualities.
APPLICATION
NETPHOS 50 is diluted 50% in water so very economical.
Parts can be dipped or sprayed and left to act for a few minutes.
After complete disappearance of rust, parts are drained and degreased immediately prior to painting. It is advised to skim greases which form on the bath surface
