TR250-5 Modern illuminated rocker wiper switch to operate two speed wiper motor DR3A type. This switch can be used to operate this type of motor on earlier cars, TR3-4A too.

If this modern illuminated rocker switch is being used to replace the original Clear Hooters type in the dashboard,the mounting slot will need to be opened out to fit. Slot size required for this switch is 43.2mm x 21.7mm. 

The DR3A wiper motor should have 4 connections, the body of the motor should have a black lead to the body of the car. The loom from the motor will have a Green (12 volt feed) plus a Green/Red and a Green/Brown wire. Follow the table below to wire the switch. 

A plug is available to make electrical connection easier and a mount is available too should the switch not be mounted directly into the dashboard. see below
